Neurology & Headache Center. Hector Caballero, MD

I am amazed at the results I have achieved since coming to see Dr. Hector Caballero at Centennial Neurology and Headache Center! I have dealt with Migraines since the age of 9 but with frequency starting in my early 20’s. Although I have had medications to help combat the migraines after the pain starts, I have never had a period in my life where my headaches were so reduced in frequency since my referral from my PCP to Dr. Caballero for a preventative option. He and his entire staff are friendly and caring. When my insurance company wanted to deny the recommended treatment Dr. Caballero and his staff worked hard to figure out what needed to be done and kept doing it until they got results! They care about you and will fight for your better quality of life. Thank you Dr. Caballero and staff!

I have never experience no doctor like Dr. Hector. I was having migraines daily that left me with severe anxiety, depression and stress. Not only did he help me with the migraines but his words of encouragement has lifted me from the state of mind that I was in. Every appointment has never been held long, wait time isn't over ten minutes and the staff is very polite along with the friendliness. I wish every doctor's office was like his office. I'm very pleased and satisfied with my experience at Dr. Hector's office.

I’ve gone to several neurologists and I continued to run into issues with getting insurance approval for migraine medications and the doctors just not listening or taking the side effects seriously. I have enjoyed going to Dr. Caballero. He listens, he takes the time, and he provided the best medication for me with minimal side effects. This is important as a busy working mom who can’t always go to bed or a dark room when my migraines hit. Even though my insurance still gives me challenges with approving, his staff help me by giving me different ways to continue to get my medication prescribed while they fight with the insurance companies on my behalf. It’s always be a wonderful experience and I feel he’s very knowledgeable and thorough. Is there a wait at times? Yes, but nothing any different than I’ve experienced at other offices and in my opinion, he’s worth it bc he spends time with each patient listening. I’ve never had a negative experience with the office staff either. Couldn’t be happier!!

The staff is very kind and considerate. I had 6 doctors tell me nothing was wrong with me regarding my headaches, it was just migraines. Migraine medicine didn’t help and a couple of the doctors even thought I was drug seeking when I reported migraine medication was not working. I saw Dr. Caballero and he knew immediately what was wrong with me, occipital neuralgia. He treated me with injections and the results have been great. I was so desperate after almost 2 years of headaches and very frustrated that the other doctors just dismissed my complaints. He listened to me and also gave me advice concerning posture to help alleviate the problem causing my headaches. I’m very grateful to Dr. Caballero.

Horrible! The lady who answers the phones should be fired. Edit: The response from the owner is very telling. I was in no way rude. Did you offer to hear my side of what occurred? I called to book an appointment and the lady was clearly too busy to assist me effectively. After telling me they may not accept my particular insurance- but would schedule the appointment anyway- I asked her if she would check into this before scheduling. You are excusing the behavior of your staff. There is no way I would ever call there again to book. Way too many other options. One more thing to note. I am not the only person who has complained about her. Please read the other reviews.
